Art for Wellbeing
for Young People
Ellen's Art for Wellbeing Workshops are designed for young people aged 11-15 years old and are held in West Sussex during school holidays.
Ellen is an ex Primary Teacher, who now works as a Tutor alongside running her wellbeing business. Having worked with children for over 10 years, Ellen has seen the importance of nurturing children and young people's mental and emotional wellbeing in order for them to thrive in every aspect of life.
These workshops provide a dynamic and enjoyable platform for self-expression through art. Ellen creates a supportive and nurturing environment for young people to express themselves and explore the creative process.
The small group workshops, limited to 8 participants, are crafted specifically for young people seeking to boost confidence, build self-esteem and get creative. Workshops take place during the school holidays and young participants will engage in a creative exploration that extends beyond artistic expression to instil a sense of empowerment and self-discovery.
Through fun and interactive sessions, Ellen aims to showcase how creativity serves as a powerful tool for personal growth. Join us for an enriching experience where creativity becomes a pathway to building confidence and fostering a positive sense of self.
